The Parish Council must complete an Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) on accordance with proper practices.
Once the AGAR has been completed and approved by the Parish Council, it is then subject to external audit and , together with all of the accounting records of the Parish Council, it is available for inspection by members of the public.
The Parish Council is required, by law, to publish the following documents on it website:-
(a) The Notice of Public Rights and Publication of Unaudited Annual Governance & Accountability Return - Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2020
(b) The approved, signed and dated Annual Governance Statement 2019/20 - Section 1 of the AGAR
(c) The certified, approved, signed and dated Accounting Statements 2019/20- Section 2 of the AGAR
(d) The certified, approved, signed and dated External Auditors Report 2019/20 - Section 3 of the AGAR
(e) The Notice of Conclusion of Audit 2019/20
